Mulching Australia operates in the horticultural sector with specialised equipment like, excavators with vertical tree grabs, rakes, mulching heads, grabs with cut-off saws and a range of buckets.

We also run tracked mulchers up to 600hp, skidsteers with rakes, grabs and mulchers, purpose built mulching tractors fully guarded from 150hp to 420hp and with reverse steering, these tractors also have other attachments that can be fitted like stump grinders, soil stabilisers and rock crushers.

In orchards we can take out individual trees, whole rows, mulch oversized pruning’s, stump grinding. We also perform conversions from orchards to pasture mulching all the trees in-situ then using a stabiliser to blend all the mulch and grind out the stumps and lateral roots back into the soil ready to sow grass.

In orchard development we can clear trees and understory vegetation and mulch them back into the soil adding organic matter and increasing carbon back into the soil giving you a complete blanc canvas to work from.

If you have any rocks in your orchard or on the ground that you’re going to develop we can crush these with our fleet of rock crushers from 250hp 300hp and 420hp tractors with the rock crushers attached to them. We can crush rocks from 400mm down to 20mm minus to a depth of 200mm. This process can be followed up with machine that can bury the stone leaving the fines on the surface if you require around just fines on the surface. The rock crushing generates available minerals derived for the rock crushing.
