We have performed work in Southeast Queensland clearing 11kv to 500kv lines in some of the most rugged and inhospitable terrain. We have cleared in excess of 1,000km of 11kv line from Goondiwindi Qld to Mungadi NSW to Moree and then to Inverell NSW.

In a lot of cases, in particular on power line easement or corridors, the old method of clearing has been predominantly performed by bulldozers. This has caused severe damage to the land because of the scouring and erosion through lack of vegetative matter or mulch to bind the soil. With mulching, the mulch acts as an erosion barrier which prevents, and in most cases will stop existing erosion problems that we have seen.
